I have to admit, I haven't finished reading this book by Gregg Ward.
But I can't wait to share it with you. Bad Behavior, People Problems, and Sticky Situations is what it says it is: A toolbook for Managers and Team Leaders.
I am always blown away when I pick up a slim book that is self-published by a speaker/consultant/coach that turns out to be packed with powerful, common-sense, easy to read words of wisdom.
Gregg Ward calls himself the "straight-white-guy-with-a-diversity-eye." He's a local (San Diego) speaker/trainer/consultant/coach who delivers quality info on what real diversity means to the bottom line for companies. If you are challenged to meet diversity training needs in your company don't miss working with him.
Gregg knows people. He proves that you don't need a Ph.D. in psychology to understand people and the sticky situations they get temselves into when working in organizations.
